3rd to 6th classes had a great school tour to Ballyhass today. Lots of hair-raising activities were experienced but we all arrived home intact. Have a look at a sample of the photos here. |

Thanks to JP McManus and the Team Limerick Cleanup organisers who delivered a huge cake to the school today to thank us for doing our bit for TLC3. The cake was so big that everyone in the school (even the teachers) got a slice. Here are some photographs from our TLC3. |

Well done to Niall, who was part of the Mungret Regional soccer team who were runners-up in the Manchester Cup (in - yes, you guessed it - Manchester) over Easter. They competed with 7 other teams from all around the world, including one team who had come all the way from Malta. Niall also went to see Championship side Huddersfield beat Preston 3-2 as they pursue a play-off place for next years Premiership. Who knows, we may yet see Niall lining out for a Premiership side one day. The photo across shows Niall with signed match programme, match tickets and his tournament silver medal. |

Thank you very much to Tony Heffernan and John for their visit today with their Bumbleance. Everyone got to look inside the Bumbleance while Tony explained why it is so important for the sick children who use it and for their families. We were all very impressed and we are looking forward to fundraising again for this special cause. www.bumbleance.com |
Tuesday March 14th We are looking forward to a visit from The Bumbleance at school tomorrow. We have raised money for The Bumbleance while carol singing in December 2015 and 2016. You can see what the money the children of Manister N.S helped to raise is used for by looking at their website. www.bumbleance.com We hope you agree that this will be a warm welcome for The Bumbleance who help so many families all over Ireland. |
Friday October 28th 2016 - Horror Show at Manister School
Another monstrous effort by everyone this Hallowe'en. Best year ever for the costumes. Well done - especially to the "home-made" outfits which were truly brilliant. Check out the photos here and decide which is your favourite? Have a great break and see you on Nov 7th. |
