Sports Day June 20th 2019

Anther sports day has come and past. It was a fun packed day of thrills and spills and everyone really enjoyed it which is the main aim. Everyone competed to the best of their ability and with great distinction and behaviour. 

We were divided into 8 teams representing different counties of Ireland. We participated in lots of different events such as - puc fada, cic fada,  welly throwing, target throwing, 60m sprint, 400m race, three-legged race, potato and spoon race, relay race, sack race and mini-golf.

The team points will be totted up over the weekend and announced next week. 

Thanks once again to Shane's dad who once again "volunteered" welcome ice-creams at the end of the day. Also thanks to any pupils who brought in equipment. Most of all thanks to all the pupils who entered into the spirit of things and made it a great and memorable day.

​Well, the individual scores have all been totted up and the winning team determined. Well done to Tipperary and team members Eimear, Kaiya, Tara, Conor, Aisling, Darragh, Harry, Jamie L and Jamie D.
